1.3. List of characters to build cannot be changed once there is progress with the
character planned to be removed from the building process.
1.4. Availed service(s) is/are not transferable or splittable into different accounts or
service(s).
1.5. Captain Paimon’s Genshin and Star Rail Piloting Services is neither liable nor
responsible if an account that is or was under our care got stolen, hacked, lost,
scammed, etc.2. Once the piloting service(s) is/are complete, we advise the client to change the account login information and remove our official device access through Hoyoverse’s Account Settings. We are not liable or responsible if the client did not perform this.3. If issues/problems/misunderstandings rise, client(s) is/are prohibited from uploading or sharing information of the issue/problem/misunderstanding for it is best to settle and resolve it privately. If it is not resolved, client is free to upload or share information of the issue/problem/misunderstanding.4. Captain Paimon’s Genshin and Star Rail Piloting Services is allowed to issue extensions of the date of piloting services under various reasons, most commonly, but not limited to:
